Short answer

3L Land Services is a land clearing, forestry mulching and demolition contractor based in Ivanhoe, TX across Fannin County, TX, surrounding North Texas counties and North Texas. Call 903-227-2884 to talk through a project.

3L Land Services is a family operation based in Ivanhoe, in Fannin County. Jim Lester handles the office, estimates and scheduling after more than 40 years in construction; his son Colton runs the field and has been on equipment since he was 16; and Colton's younger brother works the crew full time. They opened in September 2024 and describe the business as built on faith.

They clear and mulch land, excavate and trench, grade pads and drives, set culverts, dig and restore ponds, demolish old structures, build fence and do the ground work behind wildlife-management valuations. Work splits roughly evenly between residential landowners and commercial or contractor jobs, from Dallas up to Durant, Oklahoma and from Denton east to Paris and Sulphur Springs. Estimates are free and include a walk of the property.
