Questions

Practical answers before you call

Straight from Right On Time Junk Removal's own published answers.

Ask them directly
What areas do they serve?

Houston and surrounding areas, including Cypress, Tomball, Spring, Conroe, Galveston and acreage out toward Lake Conroe.

Do they handle demolition permits?

Yes. Their site says customers do not need to worry about permits; the team handles them as part of the job.

Is a permit needed to remove a pool in Houston?

Yes. The City of Houston requires a pool demolition and fill-and-grading permit plus a sanitary sewer disconnect permit before draining. They handle both.

Will forestry mulching leave a lot ready to build on?

Not on its own. Mulching clears standing growth but does not grade the ground or remove roots below grade, so for a building pad they pair it with stump grinding and grading.

How fast can they start?

They advertise same-day or next-day service for residential and commercial clients.

Do they offer financing?

Yes. They advertise project financing with loans up to $200,000 and 0% APR options.
